Yesterday was the Sunday which was set aside in the UK for prayer for the persecuted church (in other countries it is this coming Sunday, 10th November). But whether your church was involved in this or not, it is good to remember our brothers and sisters who are being persecuted for their faith throughout the world. This persecution of Christians is underreported in the mass media in the UK and elsewhere, as a recent article in The Spectator (here) pointed out.
